Firmware crash via unchecked station AID

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's mt7921 driver allows local users to crash MediaTek Wi-Fi firmware with a station AID above 20. The mt7921_mac_sta_add and mt7921_mac_sta_event paths pass an out-of-range association identifier toward firmware without first enforcing the firmware's limit. Exposure requires an AP interface and a hostapd variant that allocates high AIDs; stock hostapd starts at 1 and limits associated stations, and station-mode behavior is unaffected.
