Kernel crash via unchecked RAS context dereference
Published Jun 26, 2026 · Updated Jun 26, 2026
NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.19 allows local users to crash the kernel through the AMD GPU RAS interrupt error path. In ras_core_ras_interrupt_detected(), the fallback error log reads ras_core->dev after the dispatch guard has allowed a NULL ras_core pointer to bypass the callback. Reachability requires the AMDGPU RAS interrupt path to receive a NULL core context; the documented impact is a local kernel crash without data disclosure or modification.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
