Local kernel crash via cross-fabric base mismatch

A kernel page fault in the Tegra234 CBB driver allows local users to crash affected Linux Kernel systems via an error interrupt. tegra234_cbb_get_tmo_slv combines cbb->regs from the interrupting fabric with timeout-map offsets for another fabric instead of selecting the fab_id-matched base, so the register read dereferences an invalid address. Affected releases are 6.17 through 6.18.32 and 6.19 through 7.0.9; reaching the fault requires low-privileged local access on Tegra234, and only a kernel crash is reported.
