Local system crash via unset reset-ops pointer

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux Kernel versions allows local users to crash Amlogic T7 systems through reset operations. The t7_param entry in drivers/reset/amlogic/reset-meson.c leaves reset_ops unset, so a reset request dispatches through a NULL operations pointer. Reachability requires low-privileged local access to an Amlogic T7 system, and upstream states that this SoC reset controller is not yet used.
