Kernel service interrupt via premature RX queue state

NULL pointer dereference in the Airoha QDMA driver in Linux Kernel 6.11 allows local users to interrupt kernel operation. The airoha_qdma_init_rx_queue() routine sets ndesc before allocation completes, so cleanup calls netif_napi_del() on an RX NAPI that netif_napi_add() never initialized. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a queue-entry or DMA-descriptor allocation failure during RX queue initialization; the documented consequence is a kernel NULL dereference.
