Kernel memory corruption via premature device release

Use-after-free in the Xe EU-stall close path in Linux Kernel 6.15 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via a stream close. xe_eu_stall_stream_close() drops its DRM device reference before disabling the stream and freeing its resources, so cleanup can dereference freed device structures. Reachability requires an Xe render node and an EU-stall stream; the default gate requires CAP_PERFMON or CAP_SYS_ADMIN, while a driver sysctl can admit basic local users.
