CVE-2026-5329Network attack vector

Privileged queue writes via unchecked queue name

Published Apr 9, 2026 · Updated Apr 9, 2026

Improper input validation in affected Rapid7 Velociraptor releases allows remote authenticated users to write privileged internal server queues. The client monitoring handler accepts a crafted queue name and routes attacker-controlled messages into privileged queues without sufficient validation. A rogue enrolled client is required; affected Linux server builds end at 0.74.6, 0.75.6, and 0.76.4, and hosted instances are excluded.
