Host crash via unchecked failed VF rebuild

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the host during an Intel ice virtual-function reset. ice_reset_all_vfs ignores a failed ice_vf_rebuild_vsi return, after which ice_vf_post_vsi_rebuild reaches ice_ena_vf_q_mappings and dereferences the cleared vsi->txq_map. The demonstrated path requires Intel ice SR-IOV virtual functions and a failed VSI rebuild while firmware is transitional during a locally initiated NVM update; the resulting kernel panic interrupts the host.
