Local kernel crash via softirq-disabled allocation

Reachable assertion in Linux Kernel 6.0 through 7.0.9 and 7.1 release candidates allows local users to crash the kernel during AMD DCN32 validation. The DML1 phantom-plane path calls kvzalloc for a roughly 335 KiB dc_plane_state while fpregs_lock has disabled softirqs, causing vmalloc to reach BUG_ON(in_interrupt()). Exploitation requires a low-privileged local session, an x86 non-RT kernel, and affected AMD DCN32 display hardware; the reported consequence is a kernel crash.
