Local system crash via NULL domain reattachment

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel IOMMU subsystem 7.0 allows local users to crash the system during PCI device reset. When a default IOMMU domain allocation fails during first probe, pci_dev_reset_iommu_done() reattaches the device through __iommu_attach_device(), which dereferences the NULL group->domain at domain->ops->attach_dev. Reachability requires a local user able to initiate a PCI device reset after that allocation failure; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption, not data access or modification.
