Local system crash via IPv6 anycast teardown race

Use-after-free in the Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the system through an IPv6 anycast address teardown race. __ipv6_dev_ac_inc() publishes an anycast-address object to the device list before adding it to the global hash, allowing concurrent teardown to miss the hash entry and free an object that remains linked. When a later IPv6 path walks the dangling hash node after slab reuse, the kernel reads freed memory; reaching the race requires local low-privilege access and no user interaction.
