Local service interruption via leaked scan requests

A memory leak in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service by triggering failed split 6 GHz scans. When cfg80211_scan() fails during a split scan, rdev->int_scan_req remains allocated because ___cfg80211_scan_done() returns early after finding rdev->scan_req NULL. Low-privileged local access to the netlink scan path requires no user interaction; repeated failures consume kernel memory and interrupt availability.
