Kernel memory corruption via dangling SFP pointer

Use-after-free in the Linux Kernel PHY/SFP path allows physically proximate attackers to corrupt kernel memory through SFP events. The phy_sfp_probe() failure path omits sfp_bus_del_upstream(), leaving sfp_bus.upstream pointing to the failed PHY for later callbacks. Reachability requires an affected PHY/SFP configuration to enter the failed-probe state and then receive module-presence or link events from a directly connected SFP partner.
