Kernel heap disclosure or crash via skb misclassification

Out-of-bounds read in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to disclose kernel heap data or crash the host. skb_is_err_queue() mistakes AF_PACKET outgoing receive skbs for error-queue skbs, interprets their control buffer as sock_exterr_skb, and copies beyond a non-linear skb's head. Successful exploitation requires local code execution, CAP_NET_RAW in the governing user namespace, timestamping, SO_RXQ_OVFL, an odd drop count, and a non-linear skb.
