Use-after-free via premature pin cleanup

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 6.18 through 7.0.12 allows attackers to access freed pin resources during OCP PTP driver removal. The ptp_ocp_detach() function releases pin resources before ptp_clock_unregister() invokes ptp_disable_all_events(), which reconfigures EXTTS-capable pins. Reachability requires OCP PTP driver removal with EXTTS-capable pins, and the published record identifies no privilege-boundary impact beyond invalid kernel-memory access.
