Local kernel oops via IPv6 route cleanup

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel affected versions allows local users to trigger a kernel oops through IPv6 address deletion. cleanup_prefix_route() accepts the fib6_null_entry sentinel returned by addrconf_get_prefix_route() and dereferences its NULL fib6_table while setting route expiration. The path requires permission to delete an IPv6 address through rtnetlink; panic-on-oops configurations turn the resulting oops into a reboot.
