Local kernel memory access via stale GPU translations

Improper GPU TLB invalidation in Linux Kernel 7.0 through 7.0.12 allows local users to access reused memory via stale translations. The drm/xe idle-queue suspend path skips the GuC context switch that flushes GPU TLB entries after invalidated userptr pages are reused. Access to the Xe DRM render node and LR/preempt-fence VM mode lets stale translations read or corrupt reused pages and trigger GPU faults, hangs, or resets.
