Local memory corruption via dropped buffer-reuse flag

Memory corruption in the Linux Kernel io_uring network path allows local users to corrupt reused receive buffers through bundle receive retries. io_recv_finish() omits IORING_CQE_F_BUF_MORE from CQE_F_MASK, dropping the partial-consumption flag while merging completion flags and allowing userspace to advance past a buffer still owned by the kernel. An unprivileged local process must configure incremental provided-buffer rings, buffer selection, and bundle receive; stale ownership can disclose or corrupt memory and destabilize the receiver.
