Local resource leak via failed fence wait

Resource leak in Linux Kernel 6.5 and later allows local users to leak dma_fence references through failed virtio GPU fence waits. virtio_gpu_dma_fence_wait() returns from the unwrap loop after virtio_gpu_do_fence_wait() fails without releasing the cursor->chain reference acquired by dma_fence_unwrap_first(). Low-privileged local access and a failed wait during fence iteration are required; repeated triggers retain references, but no crash or hang is documented.
