Local RDMA validation bypass via device aliasing

Improper device validation in Linux Kernel 6.15 allows local users to bypass RDMA UCAP descriptor checks through device aliasing. In drivers/infiniband/core/ucaps.c, ib_get_ucaps() compares only the supplied descriptor's device number and fails to verify that its file operations belong to the expected character device. Exploitation requires local access and a block-device descriptor with the same dev_t, which the kernel then accepts as an authentic UCAP device.
