Remote kernel fault via stale skb device pointer

Invalid pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows remote attackers to trigger a general protection fault via UDP traffic to a sockmap socket. On the UDP receive path, skb->dev retains a dead dev_scratch integer after dequeue, and bpf_skc_lookup() dereferences it as a net_device pointer. The remote trigger requires an exposed UDP socket whose sockmap verdict program calls a socket-lookup helper; the resulting softirq fault interrupts service.
