System crash via closed-NIC recovery dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the bnxt_en driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the system through PCIe error recovery. bnxt_io_error_detected() calls bnxt_disable_int_sync(), which maps completion rings through bp->bnapi after NIC close has freed that pointer. Reachability requires PCIe error recovery to run while the NIC is administratively closed; the dereference can interrupt the entire host.
