Kernel memory corruption via fragment-queue teardown race

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 6.12.93, 6.18.3 through 6.18.35, and 6.19 allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory during netns teardown. inet_frag_queue_flush() frees queued skbs without clearing fragments_tail and last_run_head, so a stalled fragment later makes inet_frag_queue_insert() read and write through freed memory. Exploitation requires a fragment to acquire the queue before teardown and resume after the flush; IPv6, nf_conntrack_reasm6, and 6LoWPAN share this path.
