Kernel crash via premature FastRPC callback

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux Kernel FastRPC releases allows local users to crash the kernel through an early DSP glink message. fastrpc_rpmsg_callback() takes a spinlock through a NULL or incompletely initialized fastrpc_channel_ctx because the rpmsg channel becomes live before probe initialization finishes. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and Qualcomm FastRPC/DSP hardware, and the demonstrated consequence is an availability-only kernel crash during boot.
