Kernel memory corruption via list reparenting race

Race condition in mm/list_lru.c in Linux Kernel 6.13 allows local users to corrupt kernel list links during memory-cgroup reparenting. memcg_reparent_list_lrus() clears the dying memory cgroup's xarray entry before draining its lists, causing concurrent deletion paths to modify one physical list while holding different locks. The race requires local low-privilege access and overlapping list operations; successful corruption exposes or modifies kernel data or crashes the system.
