Incorrect memory access via fragmented SACK parsing

Incorrect buffer access in AF_RXRPC allows remote attackers to affect Linux Kernel memory via fragmented ACK packets. AF_RXRPC assumes skb_condense() made the received sk_buff contiguous, then rxrpc_input_soft_acks() reads the SACK table from skb->data even when linearization silently failed. Reaching the flaw requires a deliberately fragmented UDP ACK for an AF_RXRPC call; the public record specifies no runtime outcome beyond incorrect buffer access.
