Local GPU service interruption via zero-count dispatch

Improper compute dispatch handling in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt GPU service through a zero-count indirect CSD job. The v3d scheduler passes zero workgroup counts from an indirect buffer to CFG0..CFG2, where hardware interprets zero as 65,536 and runs a shader that should be skipped. Reachability requires local access to submit compute jobs through the Broadcom V3D 3.3 or 4.1 driver, and the reported consequence is limited to availability.
