Local denial of service via unmatched RCU unlock

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt the system through a DRBD device-dump request. The common exit path in drbd_adm_dump_devices() calls rcu_read_unlock() even when early request processing bypasses the matching rcu_read_lock(), leaving RCU state unbalanced. Local low-privileged access to the DRBD generic-netlink interface is required; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
