Local service interruption via zone-condition memory leak

Memory leak in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 7.0.9 allows local users to exhaust memory and interrupt service through failed zone revalidation. The blk_revalidate_disk_zones() error paths return after disk_revalidate_zone_resources() allocates args.zones_cond without releasing that buffer. Low-privilege local access and a zoned block device whose zone revalidation can be made to fail are required; repeated failures consume kernel memory until availability is lost.
