Service interruption via leaked disk references

Resource leak in the block-cgroup subsystem of Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt service via failed throttling lookups. The error exits in blkcg_maybe_throttle_current() clear current->throttle_disk but omit put_disk() after blkcg, blkg, or blkg_tryget() lookup failure, leaving the gendisk reference permanently held. Local low-privileged access is required; each reached failure path keeps its disk pinned, creating an availability-only resource leak.
