Array-suspension hang via stranded reshape waiter

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel MD subsystem allows local users to hang array suspension during a RAID456 reshape. Direct I/O crossing the reshape position can sleep in raid5_make_request while retaining active_io, after which mddev_suspend waits indefinitely for that reference to drain. Triggering the deadlock requires uid 0 access to freeze reshape and write suspend_lo or suspend_hi, leaving the suspension operation unable to complete.
