Local system crash via PMD migration race

Race condition in the Linux kernel 5.8 through 7.0.9 allows local users to crash PowerPC64 systems via concurrent page migration and unmapping. During move_pages, set_pmd_migration_entry leaves a PMD migration swap entry that concurrent munmap processing treats as a present huge PMD before pmdp_huge_get_and_clear_full asserts. Triggering the kernel BUG requires a local user to race migration of a PMD-sized transparent or device-private huge page against unmapping, interrupting the affected system.
