Kernel use-after-free via uncanceled dump work

Use-after-free in the mt7996 Wi-Fi driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to trigger a freed-memory dereference during PCI device detach. mt7996_coredump_unregister() frees crash_data without first synchronizing dump_work, so mt7996_mac_dump_work() can dereference that allocation after release.
