Local kernel memory corruption via netns teardown race

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 4.16 through 7.0.9 allows local users to trigger unsafe memory access during BPF offload information queries. The bpf_map_offload_info_fill_ns() and bpf_prog_offload_info_fill_ns() paths call get_net() after the associated netns refcount reaches zero during concurrent namespace teardown. Triggering requires a local low-privileged user to query an offloaded BPF map or program during that race, producing a kernel use-after-free.
