System hang via BPF VMA lock inversion

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to hang the system through a BPF task-VMA iterator. The task_vma iterator keeps the per-VMA lock across the BPF program body, allowing a helper's mmap_lock dependency to close a vm_lock-to-i_rwsem lock cycle. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an eligible BPF program that invokes a helper along the conflicting lock path; the bounded consequence is an availability-only system hang.
