Kernel crash via uninitialized bond counter dereference

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel 5.15 through 7.0.9 releases allows remote attackers to crash the kernel via XDP traffic. bond_rr_gen_slave_id() dereferences the NULL bond->rr_tx_counter when xdp_master_redirect() routes XDP_TX through a down, never-opened round-robin bond. The path is reachable when any bond has native XDP attached, globally enabling interception for all slaves; the bounded consequence is a kernel panic and service interruption.
