Kernel memory corruption via stale doorbell state

Double free in the PCI endpoint MSI subsystem in Linux Kernel 6.17 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory after allocation failure. pci_epf_alloc_doorbell() frees the doorbell array when MSI vector allocation fails but leaves epf->db_msg and epf->num_db pointing to freed state, allowing later cleanup to free it again. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and execution of the PCI endpoint MSI allocation-failure path.
