IOMMU isolation bypass via stale translation caches

Improper cache invalidation in Linux Kernel allows local users to cross IOMMU isolation boundaries during RISC-V domain changes. In drivers/iommu/riscv/iommu.c, DDT and PDT entries are replaced without the required IOTINVAL operation, so stale translation and context-cache entries remain usable. Exploitation requires control of an assigned DMA-capable device through VFIO or iommufd and permits unauthorized DMA reads or writes outside its current domain and service interruption.
