System crash via DPU voltage-clock mismatch

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash systems through Display Processing Unit suspend and resume operations. dpu_runtime_suspend calls dev_pm_opp_set_rate(dev, 0), lowering the MMCX rail to MIN_SVS without lowering the core clock, so resume can re-enable a maximum-rate clock at insufficient voltage. Exploitation requires local access and an affected Qualcomm MSM DPU path; the resulting voltage-frequency mismatch causes instability or a system crash.
