Kernel memory disclosure via mismatched fabric map sizes
Published Jun 24, 2026 · Updated Jun 24, 2026
Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel 6.17 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or interrupt service during Tegra CBB timeout lookup. The Tegra234 and Tegra241 fabric tables pair an AON or BPMP target-map pointer with ARRAY_SIZE from a different, larger map, allowing an out-of-range target ID to index past the selected map. A low-privilege local user must generate a timeout through Tegra device or accelerator activity or inspect pending CBB status; the resulting read can expose kernel memory or crash the kernel.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
