Local system crash via unsupported TPM hash bank

Out-of-bounds read in IMA in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to crash systems with unsupported TPM hash banks. create_securityfs_measurement_lists indexes hash_algo_name with HASH_ALGO__LAST when an advertised TPM algorithm lacks a crypto mapping, reading beyond the array. Reachability requires IMA initialization on hardware whose TPM advertises an algorithm absent from tpm_algorithms; the documented consequence is a kernel crash during startup.
