System hang via reset-path allocation deadlock

Improper locking in affected Linux Kernel branches allows local users to hang the system by resetting a crafted composite USB device. The hid_pre_reset() and hid_post_reset() paths allocate memory with flags that permit block I/O while block error handling holds the device-reset mutex, creating a recursive wait. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a USB device combining HID with storage or UAS; confidentiality and integrity are unaffected.
