Service crash via NFSD reference-count race

A reference-count race in Linux Kernel NFSD 6.18.4 through 6.18.32 and 6.19 allows remote attackers to cause an eventual service crash. Concurrent NFSv4 read-access setup lets nfsd4_add_rdaccess_to_wrdeleg call __nfs4_file_get_access after another thread installs O_RDONLY, leaving an extra fi_access count that prevents nfsd_file release. Repeated NFS activity can create the leaked count, but the kernel BUG occurs when an administrator later stops the NFS server.
