Unsafe page-table access via unlocked TLB sync

Race condition in User-Mode Linux 6.19 through 7.0.9 allows local users to trigger unsafe concurrent page-table access during TLB sync. The um_tlb_sync function traverses and modifies the page table without holding mm->page_table_lock, while split PTE locks remain enabled for UML. An unprivileged user in an SMP UML guest can drive concurrent memory-management activity; published sources do not identify a demonstrated end effect.
