Unauthenticated data access and commands via permissive CORS

CORS misconfiguration in CoolerControl coolercontrold before 4.0.0 allows remote attackers to read data and send commands via malicious sites. The REST API's CORS layer mirrors every request origin, header, and method while allowing credentials, granting untrusted websites cross-origin access. Exploitation requires a user to visit an attacker-controlled site while the browser can reach the daemon; the attacker gains access to cooling data and control commands.
