Kernel panic via redundant F2FS page read

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 4.19 through 6.18.32 and 6.19 through 7.0.9 allows local users to trigger an F2FS kernel panic. During garbage collection, ra_data_block initiates I/O for a page that move_data_block has already relocated and marked up to date, so folio_end_read hits VM_BUG_ON_FOLIO. An affected F2FS filesystem and low-privilege local access are required; the resulting kernel BUG interrupts the host.
