Data loss via unsynchronized checkpoint flag reads

Race condition in Linux Kernel F2FS allows local users to lose newly created file data during concurrent fsync and checkpoint operations. f2fs_need_inode_block_update() trusts flags set by f2fs_flush_nat_entries() before the checkpoint is guaranteed to complete. A local user must trigger fsync on a newly created inline-data file while a checkpoint runs; the race can omit that file after a sudden power-off.
