Kernel panic via stale nexthop family state

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux Kernel releases starting with 5.3 allows local users to crash the system via crafted nexthop changes. Replacing an IPv6 nexthop with an IPv4 nexthop leaves its groups' has_v4 flag false, bypassing fib6_check_nexthop until nexthop_fib6_nh returns NULL during route lookup. Exploitation requires local access and permission to modify nexthops and routes; successful triggering causes a kernel panic.
