Local system crash via TX timestamp race

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel ice driver 6.18 through 7.0.9 allows local users to crash the system via a TX timestamp race. The ice_free_tx_tstamp_ring function nulls tstamp_ring before clearing its TXTIME flag, so concurrent ice_tx_map execution reads the stale flag and dereferences the null pointer. Triggering requires local low-privilege access, the ice driver, TXTIME configuration, and concurrent cleanup and transmit mapping; the consequence is a system crash.
