Userspace data corruption via undersized SCTP buffer

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux Kernel SCTP stack allows local users to corrupt adjacent userspace data through a crafted getsockopt call. The sctp_getsockopt_peer_auth_chunks function validates len against only num_chunks, omitting the eight-byte sctp_authchunks header before copy_to_user writes chunk bytes at gauth_chunks. Reachability requires an unprivileged local process to create an SCTP association with AUTH enabled and supply the undersized buffer; the overwrite remains in that process's userspace rather than kernel memory.
